Setting
q0 – q9: Auto Phaser – A phaser for which the delay is controlled by the expression
pedal.
PARAM for
Works the same way as the parameter for the FX1 module, with the following addition:
FX2
1 – 99: For Auto Phaser, indicates the rate of the effect.
FX3
This module offers the following delay-based effects:
d0 – d9, dP: Doubling – Doubles the signal with a slight delay, creating the impression
of two instruments playing at once. Higher values produce a longer delay.
G0 – G9, GP: Ping Pong Delay – A delay that bounces back and forth from right to
left. Higher values result in more feedback.
t0 – t9, tP: Tape Delay – Emulates the classic tape-delay effect created by recording
audio to tape and playing it back as a delay. Higher values result in more feedback.
S0 – S9, SP: Stereo Delay – A standard delay that occurs in stereo. Higher values result
in more feedback, producing a longer-repeating echo.
E0 – E9: Echo – An echo for which higher values result in a wetter signal.
h0 – h9, hP: Hall Reverb – Simulates concert-hall reverb. Higher values equal a wetter
mix.
r0 – r9, rP: Room Reverb – Simulates room reverb. Higher values result in a wetter
mix.
u0 – u9, uP: Reverse Reverb – A backwards-playing reverb that you hear immediately
before you hear the original signal, instead of after it. Higher values result in a wetter
mix.
A0 – A9, AP: Plate Reverb – Recreates the classic plate reverb sound achieved by using
a metal plate. Higher values indicate a wetter mix.
The remaining effects in FX3 are identical to some found in FX1. They are C0 – C9 and
CP (Chorus), F0 – F9 and FP (Flanger), L0 – L9 and LP (Rotary Speaker), P0 – P9 (Pitch
Transpose), PU (Variable Pitch Transpose Up), Pd (Variable Pitch Transpose Down) and
OF.
PARAM for
Modifies the operation of the effect selected for the FX3 module. For those FX3 effects
FX3
also found in FX1, this parameter works as it does for the FX1 versions.
1 – 99: For Doubling, Ping Pong, Tape Delay and Stereo Delay, indicates the length of
the delay: up to one second for Tape Delay and up to half a second for the others.
0 – 20: For all reverbs, higher values indicate a longer decay.
Pd: Indicates that the expression pedal controls the parameter.
OF: Indicates FX3 is off.
DIGFX
These digital sampling effects emulate the results that different variations of digital
sampling can have on an audio signal.
d0 – d9, dP: Sample Rate Decimation – Lower values progressively reduce the
sampling resolution, resulting in harsher, nastier digital artifacts.
b0 – b9, bP: Bit Reduction – Higher values result in lower bit depth.
OF: Indicates that DIGFX is off.
LEVEL
In this position, the Display shows the output level of the current program.
1 – 30: Indicates the level in 2dB steps, where 25 is unity gain (0dB).
Pd: Indicates that the program level is controlled by the expression pedal.
ROUTE
Controls the signal-routing order of the FX modules, as follows:
0: COMP/LIMIT – DIST – EQ – NR – CAB – FX1 – FX2 – FX3 – DIGFX
1: COMP/LIMIT – DIST – EQ – NR – CAB – FX1 – FX3 – FX2 – DIGFX
2: COMP/LIMIT – FX1 – FX2 – FX3 – DIGFX – DIST – EQ – NR – CAB
3: COMP/LIMIT – FX1 – FX3 – FX2 – DIGFX – DIST – EQ – NR – CAB
4: DIST – EQ – NR – CAB – FX1 – FX2 – FX3 – DIGFX – COMP/LIMIT
5: DIST – EQ – NR – CAB – FX1 – FX3 – FX2 – DIGFX – COMP/LIMIT
6: FX1 – FX2 – FX3 – DIGFX – DIST – EQ – NR – CAB – COMP/LIMIT
7: FX1 – FX3 – FX2 – DIGFX – DIST – EQ – NR – CAB – COMP/LIMIT
