OPERATION
This metal detector is easy to use. It will detect allmost all kinds of metals. Follow up the steps below:
· Turn the POWER / SENSITIVITY switch clockwise to the position „ON" .
· For normal detection set the POWER / SENSITIVITY switch to the „P" position (see the picture
below). This is the optimum ajdustment of the performances related to the battery life. For obtaining
maximum sensitivity turn the switch to the end position. For having lower sensitivity turn the switch
back.
· Hold the loop close to the ground. Sweep the loop from one side to the other on the ground.
· Note: If a precious metal is detected a consistent and smooth long beep will sound.
· If the unit detects highly oxidized iron a short or flutter beep will sound.
· At the place where the sound occurred move the loop over the ground from two different directions.
Stop the loop over the spot where the loudest beep sounded. Then move it in the other direction.
· Note: The position where the two loudest beeps sounded is the center of the target.
· When the detector is not in use turn the power switch to the „OFF" position.
