SAFETY WARNING (GOURMET SOUS-VIDE)
This appliance is intended to be used in household and similar applications such as:
– staff kitchen areas in shops, offices and other working environments
– farm houses
– by clients in hotels, motels and other residential type environments
– bed and breakfast type environments.
This appliance shall be carefully cleaned after each use as further described.
However, never immerse the device in water or other liquids for cleaning.
This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and by persons with
reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they
have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and
if they understand the hazards involved.
Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children unless they are aged from 8
years and above and supervised.
Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children aged less than 8 years.
Children shall not play with the appliance.
Warning : misuse of this appliance and non-respect of this User's Instructions may cause
injuries.
In particular, it is necessary to be careful of the heating element surface which has residual
heat after use. RISK OF BURNS !
During use avoid water spillage on the power cable and plug.
Do not use the appliance in case of contact with water or if the plug or power cable seems to
be wet.
Do not use outdoors, in wet working places or on a wet support.
Appliance must be unplugged before any intervention, including cleaning after use.
If the supply cord is damaged, in order to avoid a hazard, it must be replaced by a qualified
expert using only a cable of the same type supplied by the producer.
Place the device on a flat surface and avoid positions that could cause the device to fall.

RISK OF BURNS !

The device must be connected to a mains socket which is always easily accessible and of the
same voltage than the one mentioned on the technical nameplate affixed to the device.
At the end of use always unplug the appliance, especially when left unattended.
At the end of use always wash and wipe all parts of the machine in contact with food.
The use of replacement parts not recommended or sold by the manufacturer may damage the
appliance, cause fire, electric shock or injury.
Do not let the mains cord hang over edge of table or counter.
Models equipped with Bluetooth control: to avoid any risk of unexpected starting, it is
recommended to not keep the device unnecessarily connected to the mains after use.
The device is intended to be used exclusively with water in the tank. The manufacturer
declines all responsibility in case of use with other liquids.
Never start the appliance without water in the tank: risk of damaging the tank. This type of
damage is not covered by the warranty.
Never move the appliance while it is in operation, it gets very hot ! Protect hands. RISK OF
BURNS !
Always wait until the appliance has cooled down before moving it to empty it.
Empty the water by letting it come out on the keyboard opposite side.
Sound pressure level - less than 60 dBa.
Where supply disconnection is required do it always in such a way that an operator located
near the machine can check that the plug remains removed.
