Pouring water or other liquids on the hot cooking plate is absolutely prohibited
in that the dramatic change in temperature could cause the machine to break.
CHAP. 7 - MAINTENANCE
7.1 - GENERALITIES
Before carrying out any maintenance operation the feeding cable must be
disconnected from the power supply to completely insulate the machine from
the rest of the system.
7.2 - FEEDING CABLE
Periodically check the wear and tear of the cable and call the "ASSISTANCE
CENTER" for its replacement.
CHAP. 8 - DISMANTLING
8.1 - OUT OF ORDER
If for some reason you decide to put the machine out of order make sure that it
can no longer be used by anyone: remove and cut all electrical connections.
8.2 - DISMANTLING
Once the machine has been put out of order it can be eliminated. To correctly
dismantle the machine contact any company specialized in such a service and
carefully observe the materials used for the various components (see chap. 1
paragraph 3.2).
