3 Intended Use

The KNX Weather Station EduTrainer
• For its intended uses in teaching and training applications

When its safety functions are in perfect working condition
The components of the KNX Weather Station EduTrainer
technology and recognized safety rules. However, life and limb of the user or third parties may be
endangered and the components may be impaired if they're used incorrectly.
The training company and/or trainers must ensure that all trainees observe the safety precautions described
in this manual.
Festo Didactic hereby excludes all liability for damage suffered by the trainee, the training company and/or
any other third parties which occur during use of the components and systems in situations which serve any
purpose other than training and/or vocational education, unless Festo Didactic has caused this damage
wilfully or through gross negligence.
Malfunctions which may impair safety must not be generated in the training environment and must be
eliminated immediately.
