5.1 Safety instructions
DANGER ELECTRIC SHOCK
• Don' t let the power supply cord touch hot parts
• Don't let the power supply cord along a table or a counter
• The appliance must be connected with a single-phase socket in conformity.
• Before any installation check all the electric cables or piping
WARNING
Operating your appliance can reach very high temperature. To avoid injuries and burns do not use the
appliance if it is damaged. Do no use spare parts not provided with your appliance.
DANGER ELECTRIC SHOCK
In the event of bad installation, the appliance can be dangerous and cause injuries. The electrical safety of
this appliance is ensured only if it is correctly connected to an efficiently earthed system in accordance with
electrical safety regulations. The appliance must be unpacked entirely before the connection.
5.2 Installation and use
WARNING
Installation and maintenance must be only carried out by qualified technician.
Never let your appliance operating without supervision.
Always operate with dry hands.
Operating never move or tilt your appliance.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
STARTUP
Remove all protective foils and packaging material prior to usage.
Place the appliance on a flat, solid, and heat-resistant surface, on its vertical position. Never install your
appliance on inflammable surface.
Do not install the appliance near open fireplaces or all hot sources.
Do not place the appliance near inflammable material.
The plug and the cable must be protected by a circuit breaker of 16 A. Connect the appliance directly to a wall
plug socket. The use of adaptors, multiple sockets and/or extensions is not recommended.
Prior first use let the appliance in function until all smokes and bad odours disappear.
Then put the appliance off, let it cool down and rinse it thoroughly with hot soapy water with a humid cloth.
Never use cold water on hot plates that could lead to a thermic chock.
USER INSTRUCTIONS
Plug the appliance put the switch on the start light goes on.
Turn the temperature knob to select the temperature. The temperature range is from 60° to 300°C
We recommend to use the appliance with the maximal temperature of 250°C.
Once the desired temperature is selected the red light goes on. It takes around 10 mn to reach the 250°C
then the light goes off.
When the temperature goes down then the appliance goes on heating and the red light goes on.
With the handle, put the upper plate opened and you can grease your plates and place your preparation to
be warmed or grilled. Then close the plate and take care to the cooking.
ADVICE
Your appliance is provided with an overheating protection. When this protection has been activated you must
let your appliance cool down.
