Safety Instructions
• Comply with the maximum dimensions of the vice as specified in the
Technical Data (see "Technical Data").
• Wear appropriate protective clothing when working with different
materials! (Eye protection, safety shoes, safety gloves, mouth protection,
hearing protection).
• The vice may only be mounted on a stable, level and suitable worktable.
• Keep children away from the vice!
• Elastic workpieces and electrical devices must not be clamped in the
vice!
• CAUTION: Inadequately clamped workpieces can be hurled out of the
vice and cause injury.
• High or long workpieces must be secured with appropriate tools.
• CAUTION! Do not work on the vice if for any reason, e.g. the influence of
medication, your ability to concentrate is impaired.
• Attention Danger of squeezing! Take care of your fingers when clamping
materials!
• Remove oil and grease residues from the device and keep it dry.
Installation
Use the supplied drilling template for assembly. Then screw the vice onto the table.
Slide the rod into the hole and screw the head of the rod onto the end.
Loosen both threaded spindles to turn the vise 360° according to your work environment.

Use a sponge and warm soapy water for cleaning. Do not use any cleaning agents or
detergents containing solvents, e.g. bleach, which may damage the product.
Do not use compressed air for cleaning. Dirt or chips could penetrate the guides and the
screw thread!
Oil the vice after each use, at the latest after 40 working hours.
Clean and re-grease the threads every 2 years or less.
Regular checks and maintenance increase the safety and service life of the article.
