• This infant rocker seat is designed for
children who weigh LESS than 20lbs./9.1Kg.
• Remove all packaging materials before use.
• DO NOT USE if any parts are missing,
damaged or broken. Contact consumer
relations department for replacement parts
and instructional literature if needed.
• DO NOT use any replacement parts not
provided and approved by the manufacurer.
• DO NOT substitute parts or try to modify the
product in any way.
Care & Storage:
1. Washing instructions:
• Machine wash cold, gentle cycle
• Do not bleach
• Do not tumble dry
• Line drying
• Do not iron
• Do not dry-clean
2. DO NOT submerge other parts of the
product in water. Wipe with damp cloth.

WARNING
FALL HAZARD: Children have suffered head injuries
falling from rocker seat.
• ALWAYS use restraints. Adjust to fit snugly.
• NEVER lift or carry baby in rocker seat.
• STOP using product when baby starts trying to sit
up or has reached the manufacturer's recommended
maximum weight of 20lbs./9.1Kg, whichever comes
first.
• ALWAYS place rocker seat on floor. NEVER use on any
elevated surface.
SUFFOCATION HAZARD: Babies have suffocated when
seats tipped over on soft surfaces.
• NEVER use on a bed, sofa, cushion, or soft surface.
• NEVER use product as a car seat.
• This rocker seat is not a toy. DO NOT allow other
siblings or children to play with this rocker seat.
• The toy bar is not a carry handle. NEVER use toy bar to
lift or carry rocker.
• Stay near and watch baby during use. This product
is not safe for sleep or unsupervised use. If baby falls
asleep, remove baby as soon as possible and place
baby on a firm, flat sleep surface such as a crib or
bassinet.
