7. MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
WARNING
Always empty the appliance before carrying out any maintenance work.
General points to remember
The outside of the tank can be cleaned with a soft cloth and a suitable cleaning product.
Do not use abrasive products, solvents, petrol, alcohol or the like.
Do not use water.
If the appliance is used in a room where the temperature may go below zero, it must be left running or emptied completely.
8. WARRANTY
Warranty is valid only if installation and maintenance have been carried out by professionally qualified personnel.
WARNING
The hot water storage tank is designed for functioning under positive pressure.
The functioning of the hot water storage tank under vacuum can lead to irreparable damage that is not covered by the
Warranty. Therefore, in the event of possible operation under vacuum, the installer must consider installing specific
protection devices (anti-vacuum valve).
For example, vacuum conditions can occur in systems where one or more users are located lower than the height of the
hot water storage tank.
