You have purchased a piece of professional equipment. Prior to commencing operation, you
should read and understand this Certificate and keep it throughout the service life of the
equipment.
Remember that by following all the instructions set out in this Certificate, you will thereby
prolong the life of the equipment and avoid injuries to maintenance personnel.
1. PURPOSE
This equipment is designed for use in catering establishments and is used for cutting bread into
equal slices.

3. INSTALLATION
1. Place the equipment on a stable, level surface in a well-ventilated area. The surface must
be dry and clean. The surface must support the weight of the equipment.
2. Make sure that the mains voltage corresponds to the operating voltage of the machine.
3. Equipment must be grounded.
4. Turn on the power supply (plug it in).
5. Adjust the width and height guides according to the loaf size.
6. Place the bread in the machine.
7. Turn on the equipment.
ATTENTION: Slicing bread must be done only after it has cooled down and aged for at least a
day. The bread slicer is not intended for cutting freshly baked bread.
4. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
• Prior to maintenance, make sure the unit is unplugged from the wall socket.
• Wipe the housing with a clean, damp cloth or sponge. Do not spray water on the device.
• If performance drops, check belt tension and blade wear.
5. SAFETY
• Attention! Installation, commissioning, and maintenance shall be performed by duly qualified
and licensed technical personnel as required by the regulations of the country where this equip-
ment is used.
• To prevent electric shock, do not touch the equipment with wet hands.
