•
Only use original HanseLifter® replacement parts.
•
Safety devices always serve to protect of the operator and the device - never attempt to override them
or manipulate in any way.
•
The lift table is designed for flat, sturdy floors and is unsuitable for surfaces with different properties.
•
Do not overload the equipment. Pay attention to the permitted load capacity. Non-observance can lead
to severe damage. Check the weight of the goods to be lifted before lifting (for example with a weighing
truck, a crane, floor or platform scale).
•
When loading a raised lift table, ensure that loading is shock-free, even, and in compliance with the
prescribed maximum load. The safety valve works only during lifting! The safety valve is unable to function
if the lift table was loaded beyond its permitted load capacity after being raised. Overloading of the lift table
can lead to damage to the equipment and endanger the operator and bystanders. The safety valve must
never be used for "weighing", or as an indicator of the maximum load. Always weigh the goods before
loading them on to the lift table.
•
Always engage the safety bracket when the tabletop has been raised, to secure the tabletop against
unintentional lowering.
•
Disconnect power from the equipment before cleaning and maintenance.
•
Never use water to clean electrical components of the lift table. Use compressed air or a slightly damp
cloth to clean surfaces. Never touch live parts. Disconnect the equipment from the power supply before
cleaning.
•
The lift table poses a certain amount of electrical danger. Injury to the operator and damage to
equipment and goods may occur if the lift table is used improperly, manipulated or not repaired correctly, or
if incorrect replacement parts are used.
•
Make sure that the equipment is never exposed to any moisture. If exposed to moisture, disconnect the
power supply from the equipment and dry it accordingly. Only use the device when it is completely dry.
•
The electrical components (motor, controller, etc.) can become warm during operation. Take care not to
touch any warm or hot parts. Wait until the parts have cooled down before the lift table is serviced, checked,
cleaned, etc.
Immediately discontinue work if components reach excessively high temperatures during operation, disconnect
the power supply and have the lift table checked by a qualified service technician before renewed use.
