Operation
Connect the appliance to the mains power supply.
Press the ON/OFF key
Press "
" or "
(default 85°C).
Lower the GN pans (not supplied) with food on the
surface.
To lock the control panel, press
and hold
for 3 seconds.
After use: Press the ON/OFF key
disconnect from the power supply.
Note: This appliance is designed to keep food warm. DO NOT use it to reheat or cook food.
This appliance is intended to be used for commercial applications, for example in kitchens
of restaurants, canteens, hospitals and in commercial enterprises such as bakeries,
butcheries, etc., but not for continuous mass production of food.
Cleaning, Care & Maintenance
Disconnect from the power supply and allow the appliance to cool before cleaning or servicing.
Never immerse the appliance in water, nor rinse it under running water.
Wipe the surface with a damp cloth to remove any spillage or residues.
Dry thoroughly after cleaning.
