INSTRUCTIONS OF USE
1. Before first use, see CLEANING INSTRUCTION and HINTS FOR CARE AND USE OF
NON-STICK SURFACE
2. Connect the main plug to a suitable socket.
3. Set the desired temperature by means of the temperature control "0/1/2/3/4/5". The
indicator lamp lights up.
4. The unit, on its first use, might emit a light smell. It is, however, of no consequence
and lasts only briefly. Ensure sufficient ventilation.
5. As soon as this temperature is attained, the check light goes off.
6. When the grill has cooled down, the grill is heated up again automatically. The indi-
cator lamp glows till the set temperature are attained again.
7. Always turn the temperature control "0//1/2/3/4/5" to "0", to switch off the grill
8. Pull out the mains plug from the socket and pull the plug from the connection socket.
9. Carry the grill only by the handles.
10. Let the grill cool down outside the reach of the children.
HINTS FOR CARE AND USE OF NON-STICK SURFACE
•
To avoid scratching the non-stick surface, do not stack objects on grill.
•
Use medium to low heat for best cooking results. Very high temperatures can cause
discoloration and shorten the life span of any non-stick surface. If higher temperatures
are necessary, preheat on medium level for a few minutes.
•
Use only nylon, plastic or wooden utensils by paying attention to avoid scratching
the non-stick surface.
•
Never cut food on the grill.
•
Remove stubborn stains with a plastic scouring pad and mild dishwashing liquid.
DO NOT USE STEEL WOOL
IF THE POWER CORD IS DAMAGED, IT MUST BE REPLACED BY THE MANUFACTURER
OR ITS SERVICE AGENT OR A SIMILARLY QUALIFIED PERSON IN ORDER TO AVOID A
HAZARD.
PRODUCT DISPOSAL
This product complies with European Directive 2012/19/ EU on electrical and
electronic devices, known as WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equip-
ment), establishing the legal framework applicable in the European Union
for the disposal and reuse of waste electronic and electrical devices. Do not
dispose of this product in the bin, instead take it to the electrical and electro-
nic waste collection center closest to your home.
