Danger to life due to electric shock!
The unit must be fully isolated from the mains power supply before all maintenance and installation work and
opening the terminal compartment! The electrical connection must only be carried out by qualified electricians
The electrical connection must be fully isolated from the power supply until the final assembly!
Danger due to electric shock and hot surfaces
An external time switch must not be integrated in the unit supply line.
Unit damage due to the unnoticed resetting of the electrical post-heater's thermal contact switch!
The unnoticed resetting of the electrical post-heater's thermal contact switch can result in unit damage.
> The unit must not be regularly activated or deactivated via an external switching device (e.g. timer) in the unit
supply line.
The screws must only be screwed in by hand with a screwdriver The use of eg battery-powered screwdrivers
is not permitted
– Install electrical post-heater
– Remove silencer
1. Open upper unit door.
2. Loosen all screws in the cover panel (see Fig. 1).
3. Remove the screws fixing the electrical post heater (see Fig. 2).
