  • Page 8 Beton Trowel nv 3. EMPLOI Utilisation :  Truelle mécanique à talocher et à lisser  La dimension est donnée par le diamètre d’un cercle délimité par les pales en mouvement.  Ces pales effectuent un travail de finition sur le béton dans un mouvement rotatif sur la surface.
  • Page 9 Beton Trowel nv La transmission moteur est faite par un embrayage commandé (galet tendeur fixé à un axe vertical et commandé par une poignée sur le brancard de conduite) qui permet la rotation des pales dans le sens des aiguilles d’une montre.

  • Page 11 Beton Trowel nv Nota : dans le cas de positionnement prolongé sur béton frais, décoller les pales du sol avant de les mettre en rotation.  Laisser tourner le moteur à vide environ 5 minutes  A l’aide de la poignée, embrayer progressivement le départ de la rotation des pales.
  • Page 12 Beton Trowel nv  Prévoir les différentes opérations avant de commencer le travail afin d’obtenir un travail parfait  Dans le cas de positionnement prolongé sur béton frais, décoller les pales du sol avant de les mettre en rotation.  Le travail d’ébauche débute perpendiculairement à celui de la mise en forme.
  • Page 13 Beton Trowel nv Réglage micrométrique des pales L’inclinaison des pales est commandée par un volant au centre du brancard. Pour donner l’inclinaison, visser le volant du commande. Chaque tour de volant augmente l’angle des pales. Quelques tours suffisent pour atteindre l’angle optimal.

Graissage :  Vérifier et remplir de graisse les graisseurs du croisillon d’entraînement des lames. Ne jamais laisser fonctionner sans graisse.
