• When working with the device make sure the area
is well lighted.
• Keep the handles dry and free of grease.
• Avoid operating under difficult circumstances
(e. g.: extreme climate, use in freezing conditions,
or powerful magnetic fields).
• Do not take the vehicle jack apart. Taking it apart
will lead to subsequent faults and defects.
• Wash your hands after maintaining and/or using
the unit. There is a risk of poisoning!
• Never use multiple jacks at the same time to lift a
load.
• Always clean away any spilt hydraulic oil.
• Never exceed the maximum payload (► Techni-
cal data – p. 18).
• Only use the vehicle jack to lift vehicles according
their operating instructions. Ensure that the vehi-
cle lifting element is located firmly underneath the
vehicle. Improper use of the vehicle jack can lead
to serious material and health risks and will result
in the loss of the guarantee.
• Before lifting or lowering loads, ensure that their
are no people, animals or objects located under-
neath the unit or the load.
• Slowly and carefully open the lowering valve.
Quickly and suddenly opening the lowering valve
will result in the load dropping very quickly and
may cause an accident.
• Never expose a loaded support frame to horizon-
tal forces.
• You must ensure that you are able to observe the
vehicle when lifting it, in order to prevent acci-
dents.
• In addition to these operating instructions, the
regulations of the vehicle manufacturer must be
observed.
• Symbols appearing on your product may not be
removed or covered. Information notices on the
product that are no longer legible must be
replaced immediately.

There will still be residual risks even when the device
is used according to the instructions and under obser-
vation of all of the safety notes in this set of operating
instructions:

Installation
– Fit the handle rod parts together and turn to
secure.
Operation
WARNING! Risk to life! Keep children
and other unauthorised persons away
from the work area! Keep your hands and
feet away from any moving parts! Other-
wise, there is a risk of sustaining serious
injuries!
– Check the frame and lifting mechanism for dam-
age and deformation.
– Check if the lifting cylinder is tight and fully func-
tional.
– Make sure the surface under the car jack is level
and sufficiently strong.
Lifting loads
WARNING! Risk to life! The unit may
only be used on a solid, even surface with
a sufficient payload.
In the event of other surface types, there
is a risk of life-threatening injuries and of
the load tipping.
WARNING! Risk to life! Always secure
the load to prevent it from lowering!
Never work on an unsecured load! This
holds a risk of lowering and of life-threat-
ening injuries!
WARNING! Risk to life! When exceed-
ing the maximum payload, there is a risk
of life-threatening injuries!
WARNING! Risk to life! Before use,
ensure that the vehicle to be lifted will not
be damaged by the vehicle jack. Use
blocks to secure the vehicle and prevent it
from rolling away. There is a danger of
life-threatening injuries!
► Operation – p. 4
– Use suitable blocks to prevent the vehicle from
rolling away. To do this, place a block both in front
and behind a tyre.
– Press the securing brake and select the first gear
or the "P" lifting setting.
– Slide the car jack under the vehicle such that the
disc rests under the designated receiver.
– Slip the handle bar onto the lowering valve (4).
Close the lowering valve by turning it clockwise.
