Attaching the Heart Rate
Monitor
Attach the heart rate monitor to the
chest strap. When you do this, make
sure that the marking L on the back is
pointing to the left and the marking R
is pointing to the right.
IMPORTANT! Imprecise or incorrect
heart rate data will be read out if the
heart rate monitor is worn the wrong
way round!
Sending Data to the
Smartphone
To allow the heart rate data to be
sent to your preferred app, the smart-
phone needs to be linked to the heart
rate monitor.
1. To do this, switch on Bluetooth
on your smartphone.
2. Search for new devices in your
preferred app.
3. Select the device (the ID number
located on the back of the heart
rate monitor is displayed) and the
app and heart rate monitor will
link up.
The heart rate monitor now sends the
real-time heart rate to the linked app.
