Step 1: Examine your heater to see if you have a product listed in the serial number range specified.
Step 2: If the serial number of your 9421CABBX or 9421CLBBX heater is within the listed range, answer the
following questions with Yes / No:
A. Has your heater tripped the circuit breaker or fuse when you plug in the unit?
B. Does the heater fail to produce heat when turned on to the second setting "II"?
