URGENT: VOLUNTARY PRODUCT RECALL NOTICE
Subject: 9421CABBX / 9421CLBBX – Cabinet Heater
Dear Customer:
This notification is to inform you that Caframo Limited has recently become aware of a safety concern with our
Cabinet Heater, models 9421CABBX and 9421CLBBX. Some units in a production batch of heaters may have a
detached wire connecting to the heater. Although there have been no reports of personal injury or property damage,
and the risk to consumer safety is extremely low, we are taking immediate action to resolve the safety concern
identified.
What You Need to Know:
Product Model Number: 9421CABBX and 9421CLBBX
Production Timeline: November 17, 2022, to March 25, 2024.
Safety Issue: If the wire becomes detached, it has the potential to contact the housing.
Risk: Potential risk of injury from electrical shock.
