CAUTION! A small amount of smoke may come out of the device during the first use. This is
normal.
CAUTION! After finishing work, in order to remove hot fumes from the device, the fan will con-
tinue to work for approx. 20 seconds.
CAUTION! The device is protected against improper use; the device will not turn on without a
properly installed basket (2), the control panel (3) will remain completely blank.
1. Connect the device to the grounded mains. The device will signal established connection with
the network using a single beep. Additionally, the entire control panel will light up briefly (3). After
turning off, only the ON/OFF (D) button will remain visible; the device will then go into sleep mode.
2. Pull out the bowl with the basket by pulling the handle (1).
3. Put products into the basket (2).
CAUTION! Do not fill the basket (2) above the "MAX" mark or exceed the maximum amount of
ingredients given in the table (see: "COOKING - TIPS" section).
4. Slide the bowl with the basket back into the Fitfryer by holding the handle (1).
5. Wake up the device from sleep mode by pressing the button ON/OFF (D) once ; this will light up
the entire control panel and activate all functions.
6. Set time and temperature:
a. Default Programs - The device supports six default programs. Press the menu (E) button to
select the default program. The currently selected program will be signalled by one of the six
default programs flashing icons located at the top of the control panel (3). In addition, the device
is equipped with a defrosting function, activated with pressing the function button (F) located
on the control panel (3). Selection of this mode is indicated by the
lightning steadily after the program is switched on).
7. Manually (range 80-200C° / 1-60 min.) - each function has the ability to adjust the baking time
and temperature to individual needs. The temperature/time can be set using the adjustment
buttons (B) and (C) located on the control panel (3). The selected operating parameters will be
visible on the display (H) located in the central point of the control panel (3).
Caution! To accelerate the time/temperature change, hold down the respective buttons: (B) for
temperature and (C) for time.
8. Start the device - after setting the baking parameters, press the ON/OFF button (D). During opera-
tion, the display (H) will alternately show the set temperature and the time remaining to turning off.
CAUTION! The time (C) and temperature (B) adjustment buttons remain active even after acti-
vating the default program; the operating parameters of the device can thus still changed.
The alarm function can be additionally set after starting the device. To do this, press the function
button (G) . Then use the time adjustment buttons (C) to set the time after which the alarm is trig-
gered (range: 1-10 minutes, 5 minutes as a default). The function operation is signalled by displaying
the icon.
9. Operation signalling on the control panel.
Until the program is confirmed, the ON/OFF button (D) flashes is illuminated continuously af-
ter the operation is initiated. After activating the baking program, default program icon bar (A)
displays only the icon with the currently selected program. Additionally, the sections of the
information bar (I) are highlighted one after the other.
10. Ending the operation - the device will turn off automatically when the set time comes to an end.
The end of operation will be signalled by the display of the word "OFF" on the display (H), accom-
panied by a sound signal; then the device will go into sleep mode. The operation of the device can
be ended at any time by pressing the ON/OFF(D) button. Turning off the baking program with the
