• Connect the appliance to the mains.
• Turn the appliance on, by pressing the
on/off button (B) for 3 seconds. The
LED temperature indicators will light
indicating that the appliance is heating
up. The default temperature is 200 °C.
• Select the desired temperature with the
temperature selector buttons. (C)
• Leave to heat up for a few 4 minutes.
• Wait until the pilot lights stop flashing
and light the desired temperature.
HOW TO CURL THE HAIR
• Comb hair well before curling. Make
sure there are no tangles or knots.
• Take a strand of hair no wider than
5cm.
• Simply roll the strand of hair around the
curling barrel facing downwards and
keep pressing for 5 seconds with the
help of the clamp (G). (Fig. 1).
• After 5 seconds, unroll it carefully.
• Repeat the process with the rest of
the hair.
STAND-BY FUNCTION
• In order to save energy, the appliance
passes to stand-by after 60 minutes if
the user does not use it.
• To turn it on again, you simply have to
press the on/off button.
ONCE YOU HAVE FINISHED USING
THE APPLIANCE
• Turn the appliance off using the on/off
button (B).
• Unplug the appliance from the mains.
• Allow to cool down.
ARTICULATED FOOT
• This appliance has an articulated
support base that allows you to leave
the appliance in a stable position for
ease of use. (Fig. 2)
SAFETY THERMAL PROTECTOR
• The appliance has a safety device,
which protects the appliance from
overheating.
CLEANING
• Disconnect the appliance from the
mains power supply and allow it to cool
down before carrying out any cleaning
work.
• Clean the equipment with a damp cloth
with a few drops of washing-up liquid
and then dry.
• Do not use solvents, or products with
an acid or base pH such as bleach,
or abrasive products, for cleaning the
appliance.
• Never immerse the appliance in water
or any other liquid or place it under
running water.
