If you wish to use the appliance in any of the following situations, you must not use it without your
doctor's consent: if you have a pacemaker, recent surgery, epilepsy or migraine, hernia, cervical
deformity, back or spinal cord problems, rigid joints, replacement surgery or IUD, metal needle or steel
plate or any problem related to your health. These contraindications do not mean that you are not able
to use vibration machines or exercise equipment. We recommend that you consult a doctor before
using them.
Cleaning and maintenance
Clean your leather main cover with a damp cloth. The secondary polyester cover is removable and
machine washable.

How to charge the equipment:
Fully charge the device before first use.
Plug in the USB cable and connect the USB end of the charging cable to another device capable of
charging your device. Carefully observe the maximum charging voltage of the device (5V) to avoid
damage to the device. Do not use the appliance while charging.
Use of the device
Place the device on the back of your neck, for example. Lock the strap on your back so you can use the
device hands-free. You can also massage your back, shoulders and waist by manually holding the
product in place using the two buckles, or hands-free using the strap.
To switch the device on or off, press and hold the on/off button. The red light will come on. By default, the
massage starts with a high intensity and the appliance diffuses heat. You can choose your massage
mode: Mode 1 = normal, Mode 2 = normal with gentle vibration.
Press briefly
to adjust the intensity: low or high. To adjust the depth of massage, pull on the straps.
To stop the heat diffusion, press briefly on
After 15 minutes of massage, the appliance stops automatically.
