Troubleshooting
Note: the product contains electronic components. This means
that malfunctions can occur when it is near objects that emit radio
signals.
• If there are errors in the display, remove such objects from the
product's vicinity.
• In case of such malfunctions, briefly remove the battery and
insert it again.

Solution
The product is overloaded. Remove the
excess weight.
Overloading has caused the weighing
function to malfunction. Switch the
product off and on again.
