3. For each of the temperature and speed settings, you can additionally press
the cold button.
4. Switching off: Set the level switch (1) to OFF - 0.
5. Let the device cool down sufficiently after use.
CLEANING, CARE & STORAGE
▷ Before maintenance, switch off the device and disconnect it from the
power supply.
▷ Only clean the device when it has cooled down!
Cleaning the device
• Wipe the device with a damp (not wet) cloth. Make sure that no liquid enters the
inside of the housing. Then dry it with a clean cloth.
• Regularly check the air intake mesh (4) for contamination. If necessary: Clean
the air intake mesh (4) with a suitable brush or vacuum cleaner.
Storage
Make sure that the device is protected against dust and other environmental
influences.
SPARE PARTS
Use only original spare parts that you can order from an EFALOCK service partner.
DISPOSAL
This device is marked in accordance with Directive 2002/96/EC on waste
electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE). This electrical device may
not be disposed of in the residual waste bin at the end of its service life,
but must be handed in at a collection point for the recycling of electronic
devices. This also applies to electrical devices that were last used in the non-
eVENTO sector but, for example, in industry or crafts. Insofar as the acceptance
of non-eVENTOly used electrical devices has been excluded by the responsible
local public disposal facilities, their waste advice centre will provide information
on how to dispose of them in an environmentally sound manner.
The symbol on the product, user manual or packaging indicates this. The
materials are recyclable according to their marking. The reuse, recycling or
other forms of recovery of waste equipment is an important contribution to the
protection of the environment.
