Right of complaint in accordance with applicable
legislation. No right of complaint in the case of
damage caused by incorrect use of the product
other than for its intended use or due to incorrect
handling, normal wear, inadequate or incorrect
maintenance or incorrect repairs/tampering by
unauthorised persons. The right of complaint is
conditional upon presentation of a valid invoice/
receipt, so always keep the invoice/receipt in a
safe place as this is an unconditional requirement
in the case of a complaint. Contact the shop
where the product was purchased.
