Product specific regulations
1.
Range of application
The heater is only destined for heating milk, food in combination with fluid and honey
2.
Putting into operation The safety instructions are always to be observed . In case of working with electrical devices,
a safety plug is to be used at all times. Before putting the heater into operation, it is compulsory to read the
operating instructions. Adjusting the right temperatures is described in detail in he operating instruction .
3.
Maintenance
Regularly check whether all fastening screws of the heater are securely fitting. Loose screws are tobe fastened
immediately . Neglecting this point, may lead to utterly dangerous situations. The heater should be cleaned every
time it has been used. For exterior cleaning of the synthetic upper part, only use a soft cloth or a piece of cloth

Operating lnstructions
Please do note the following , before putting the heater into operation :
1.
Connect the liquefier only to power sockets that have been installed by a concessionary electrician. For best
possible protection of persons and facilities a safety protector switch (FI) 30 mA is mandatory.
2.
The liquefier may only be used in suitable containers (no plastic containers and no containers
that are not heat resistant).
3.
Do not touch liquids, when the liquefier is connected to the power supply.
4.
Whilst heating up, the liquid may not drop below the upper edge of the liquefier (see Fig.).
Given permanent use it is mandatory covering the pedestal in medium at all times. The
condenser can be heated over the honey just in the beginning of the liquefying process as
immersion-support in order to be able to immerse the warm cast body easier into the honey.
5.
Do not cover up unit during operation.
6.
The thermostat controls the temperature by automatically switching the current on and offwith
other liquids (water, milk, etc.):
– button set to position „2" corresponds to a temperature of ca. +20° C.
– button set to position „7" corresponds to a temperature of ca. +40° C.
– button set to position „11" corresponds to a temperature of ca. +70° C.
– button set to position „max" corresponds to a temperature of ca. +100° C.
ATTENTION: When heating honey do not put over button position 4 (about 40 ° C)!
7.
During heating, the red indicator light flashes. Once the thermostat cuts off, the indicator light stops flashing.
8.
When the desired temperature has been reached, disconnect the plug from the power socket and leave the
liquefier for about one more minute within the liquid.
9.
Unplug the liquefier before taking it off the liquid.
10.
The heating element remains hot for a certain period in time even after disconnecting he plug and should neither
be touched nor put onto combustible surfaces.
11.
The unit has to be cleaned after each and every use.
12.
ATTENTION!!! Neither plastic lid nor plug may be immersed into liquid. Pay attention to "peak level" position.
13.
Do not leave the unit totally unobserved.
14.
All repair work, e.g. the exchange of the connection lead may only be carried out through Lister GmbH or an
authorized specialist.
