ENSURE THAT THE GAS SUPPLY AND THE KNOBS
ARE IN THE "OFF" POSITION. MAKE SURE THE
GRIDDLE IS COOL BEFORE HANDLING IT.
BURNERS
Extreme care should be taken when moving a burner, as it
must be correctly centered on the orifice before any attempt
is made to relight the grill. Frequency of cleaning will
depend on how often you use the grill.
MAIN BURNER CLEANING
Ensure the gas supply is off and the knobs are in the "OFF"
position. Make sure the grill is cool. Clean the exterior of the
burner with a wire brush. Clear stubborn scale with a metal
scraper. Clear any clogged ports with a straightened paper
clip. Never use a wooden toothpick as it may break off and
clog the port. Please note if insects or other obstructions
are blocking the flow of gas through the burner, and if so,
you will need to call our customer service line
1-800-913-8999 in USA, 1-800-648-5864 in Canada.
GREASE TRAY CLEANING
The grease tray should be emptied after each use and
washed with a mild detergent and warm water solution. A
small amount of sand may be placed in bottom of grease
tray to absorb the grease. Check the grease tray frequently,
do not allow excess grease to accumulate and overflow out
of the grease tray.
BURNER CLEANING
1.Turn off the gas supply, and make sure all the knobs are
in the "OFF" position.
2.Wait for the grill to cool.
3.Clean the exterior of the burner with a wire brush. Use a
metal scrapper to stubborn stains.
4.Clear clogged port with a straightened paper clip. Never
use a wooden toothpick as it may break off and clog the
port.
5.If inserts or other obstructions are blocking the flow of gas
through the burner, call customer service at 1-800-913-
8999 in USA, 1-800-648-5864 in Canada.

we strongly recommend that you hire a
professionally trained technician to replace it.

Care and Maintenance
HOW TO REPLACE MAIN BURNER
Step 1. Remove the griddle and lid
Step 2. Remove the main burner by unscrew on the back
wall of fire box. Then remove the burner on the front wall of
fire box, as shown below.
Step 3. Insert the burner onto the orifice and secure the
burner pin cover on the burner, as shown below. Make
sure burner hole aim at orifice.
Step 4. Screw the burner at on the back wall of fire box.
And put the griddle and the lid back to the fire box.
