CAUTION
1. Use the device only for its intended purpose, as described in these
instructions for use as a nebulization system with compressor for aerosol
therapy. Follow your doctor's instructions. Any other form of use constitutes improper
use and can be dangerous. The manufacturer cannot be held responsible for any
damage caused by improper, incorrect or unreasonable use, or by connection of the
unit to electrical systems that do not comply with safety standards.
2. Keep this manual for future reference.
3. Do not use the unit in the presence of anesthetics, flammable mixtures or oxygen.
4. The correct functioning of the device may be compromised by electromagnetic
interference exceeding the limits indicated by the European standards in force. If
this device interferes with another electrical appliance, remove it and plug it into a
different electrical outlet.
5. In case of failure and/or malfunction, do not open it and do not attempt to repair it.
6. The correct functioning of the appliance may be compromised if original spare parts
(e.g. filter) are not used.
7. When using any electrical appliance, some important safety measures must always be
observed, including:
•
Use only original accessories and components;
•
Never immerse the unit in water as the device is not protected against water
penetration;
•
Never touch the unit when your hands are wet or damp;
•
Do not leave the unit outdoors;
•
Place on a stable, horizontal surface during operation;
•
Make sure that the area of the ventilation openings is not obstructed;
•
Do not allow unsupervised children or people with physical disabilities to use the unit;
•
Do not turn off the unit by simply pulling the plug out of the electrical outlet.
8. Before connecting the device, make sure that the electrical rating indicated on the
rating plate on the bottom of the unit corresponds to the main voltage and frequency.
9. Do not use simple or multiple adapters and/or extensions.
10. Unplug the device from the electrical outlet when not in use.
11. Follow the instructions for installing the device. The manufacturer cannot be held
responsible for any damage caused by incorrect installation.
12. The power cord cannot be replaced by the user. In case the power cord is damaged,
please contact our customer service for repair
13. The power cable must always be fully unwound to avoid dangerous overheating.
14. Before carrying out any cleaning or filter replacement operations, disconnect the
device from the main power supply by unplugging it or turning off the main power
switch.
