Scale does not turn on
• Check that the batteries are inserted correctly
and have sufficient power.
• Replace the batteries if necessary.
Inaccurate readings
• Make sure the scale is on a flat, stable surface
and the non-slip feet make good contact with
the surface.
• Use the tare function to subtract the weight of
the bowl or container.
Screen shows "EEEE.
• This means the weight exceeds the maximum
capacity of the scale.
• Remove some ingredients to reduce the
weight.
