1. milling (only one side!):
Cutting width 40 mm,
Cutting depth 15 mm
With joint tape, reduce the
milling depth by the thickness
of the joint tape.
2.+ 4. Pre drilling:
Position WALCO® Z40
drilling template (with end
stop) at marking X and
pre-drill with Ø 6mm.
3.+5. screw connection:
with 2 pcs. CS 10 x 60mm
screws each
6. assemble:
Bring the walls together
vertically offset by
approx. 70mm and
lower them until the
edges of the two walls
are flush.
