BREAKDOWNS AND SOLUTIONS
Some malfunctions can be easily resolved. Before calling customer ser-
vice or a technician, please consult the following table. If the issue per-
sists, you need to access professional repair services.
PROBLEM
The appliance does not
work.
The appliance is not cold
enough.
The appliance
operates continuously.
The light
doesn't work.
The appliance vibrates.
The appliance seems to be
making too much noise.
The door does not close
properly.
There is water under the
appliance.
POSSIBLE CAUSES & SOLUTIONS
The appliance is not connected to a power
supply.
The circuit-breaker is tripped, or the fuse is
damaged.
Check if the outlet is powered by connec-
ting another electrical device.
Check the temperature setting.
A high ambient temperature may require
setting the appliance to a colder tempera-
ture.
The door is being opened too often.
The door is not completely closed.
The door seal is not properly positioned.
There is not enough space around the ap-
pliance to allow ventilation.
The room temperature is higher than the
maximum supported.
There is too much food inside the applian-
ce.
The door is being opened too often.
