This warranty only applies to the original buyer and
is non-transferable. It does not cover damages from
misuse, accidents, improper handling or installation,
shipping, power surges, or similar
Lightning, misuse, neglect, normal wear and tear, or
any damage caused by unauthorized repairs are not
covered by this warranty.
This warranty applies only if the repair was done by
TEXONIC or an approved TEXONIC repair centre.
Some TEXONIC products may allow access to
content from third-party providers or support
specific third-party technologies like certain codecs
or file formats.
TEXONIC reserves the right to end support or
access to these third-party contents or technologies
at
any
time
and
guaranteeing ongoing support.
This warranty does not include reimbursement for
the costs of removing and transporting the product
for
warranty
service
reinstallation
or
installation
product.

To access warranty service, contact the authorized
TEXONIC dealer/installer where you purchased the
product. You must provide proof of purchase;
service requests without proof of purchase are not
covered by this warranty.
The authorized dealer will assess the product and, if
necessary, coordinate with TEXONIC for further
service. If there are no authorized dealers nearby,
contact TEXONIC directly for a factory Return
Authorization Number and shipping instructions. You
are responsible for any shipping and handling costs
when sending the product to TEXONIC.
Do not send any product without receiving a Return
Authorization and specific shipping instructions, as
unauthorized returns will be denied and sent back
unopened.
If upon inspection the product is found to be
defective, TEXONIC will decide whether to repair or
replace it at their expense. Repaired or replaced
items will be shipped back to you via standard
shipping methods from the TEXONIC repair centre
to addresses within Canada only.
Shipping costs to addresses outside Canada or
for
expedited shipping requested by the purchaser will
be charged to the purchaser. If a product is
discontinued and cannot be effectively repaired,
TEXONIC may choose to replace it with a similar
item at their discretion.
