WIRELESS POWERBANK
The wireless powerbank has been designed to be attached directly to your compatible
phone or to a dedicated case.
- Do not place the phone on the wireless powerbank if:
• you are using a different case that holds other items, such as credit cards or a radio
frequency identification (RFID) card (e.g. a transit pass or chip card)
• conductive materials, such as metal or magnetic objects, are placed between the
phone and wireless powerbank
Remove these before charging with your wireless powerbank. The phone may not
charge correctly or may overheat, which could damage the phone, conductive materials
or cards.
- The charging time may vary depending on the charging conditions.
- Charging may not work correctly depending on where the phone is placed on the
wireless charging area. The devices must be perfectly aligned for effective charging.
Please contact the manufacturer if you have any concerns.
- For effective charging, only connect a compatible phone that has this feature to the
wireless powerbank.
- Wireless charging may not work properly if your phone is protected with a thick case.
If your case is thick, remove it before placing the phone on the wireless powerbank.
- Most medical device manufacturers recommend keeping any potential sources of
interference a safe distance from medical devices, at least 15cm or 30cm, when using
a wireless charger. Speak to your doctor and medical device manufacturer for specific
recommendations.
