Troubleshooting
If your diffuser isn't functioning satisfactorily, please follow the troubleshooting
guidelines listed below.
Status
There's no mist/little
mist when the diffuser
is on
The diffuser doesn't
turn on
Oil is leaking
Diffuser releases
odd smells
Wi-Fi connection is
unavailable
Cause(s)
Essential oil has
run out.
The tube is installed
incorrectly or it is the
wrong size.
The diffuser has not
been turned on for a
long time.
There is dust on
the atomizer.
The atomizer is not
placed correctly.
The plug was not
installed correctly in
the adapter slot.
The mist outlet is facing
off level or downward.
The atomizer emits an
odd smell.
The essential oil is
not clean or has been
stored for a long time.
Poor internet
connection.
Power button doesn't
blink after you press it
for a long time.

Solution(s)
Refill the resevoir
with the appropriate
amount of essential oil
or replace it with new
essential oil.
Remove and reinstall
the tube. Make sure to
use the correct tube.
Follow the instructions
on cleaning and
maintenance.
Check the direction of
the atomizer and install
it correctly.
Detatch and correctly
reinstall the plug from
the adapter slot.
Make sure mist outlet is
always faced upward.
Follow the instructions
on cleaning and
maintenance.
Switch out the essential
oil in the diffuser for an
oil in good condition.
Check the internet
status or app.
Check the power
is normal or not, or
restart the diffuser.
