you get up. • Your scale rounds up or down. If you weigh yourself twice and get two different readings,
your weight is somewhere in between. • Clean the device with a damp cloth. Do not use chemical

IN CASE OF PROBLEMS You must be barefoot for the calculation of the lipid and aqueous mass. • The
skin condition of the soles of the feet may affect the results. To maximize the precision and accuracy
of your results, wipe your feet with a damp towel and make sure they are still slightly damp when you
step on the scale. If you are having difficulty using your device: • Check that the battery is inserted
correctly. • Verify that you have selected the correct Stones/Pounds, Kilograms or Pounds calculation.
Check that the device is placed on a flat surface and not in contact with a wall. • Repeat the
'Getting Started' procedure each time the unit is moved. • If during use of the device no measurement
