compressed air at low pressure.
• We recommend cleaning the appliance immediately
after each use.
• Clean the appliance regularly with a damp cloth and
a little greasy soap. Do not use cleaning agents or
solvents; these could damage the plastic parts of the
device. Make sure that no water enters the appliance.
• Hoses and spray tools must be removed from the
compressor before cleaning. The compressor must not
be cleaned with water, solvents, etc.
Pressure tank maintenance
Attention! For a long service life of the pressure tank,
the condensed water must be drained after each use
by opening the drain plug. Drain the pressure vessel
first. The drain plug is opened by turning it counter-
clockwise (looking at the screw from the bottom of the
compressor) so that the condensed water can drain
completely from the pressure tank. Then close the dra-
in plug again (turn clockwise). Before each use, check
the pressure tank for rust or damage. The compressor
must not be operated with a damaged or rusted pres-
sure tank. If you find damage, please contact service.
Attention!
Condensed water from the pressure tank contains oil
residues. Dispose of condensed water in an environ-
mentally friendly manner at an appropriate collection
point.
Safety valve
The safety valve is set to the maximum permissible
pressure of the pressure tank. It is not permissible to
adjust the safety valve or remove its seal. The safety
valve must be activated from time to time for the safety
valve to function properly if necessary. Pull the ring so
hard that you can clearly hear the escape of compres-
sed air. Then release the ring again.
Regular oil level check
Place the compressor on a hard, level surface.
The oil level must be between the MAX and MIN marks
on the oil sight glass.
Oil change: recommended oil: SAE 15W 40 or equ-
ivalent. The first oil level must be changed after 100
operating hours; then the oil must be drained and a
new one added every 500 operating hours.
Oil change
Switch off the engine and remove the plug from the
socket. Remove the oil seal. After releasing the rema-
ining air pressure, you can unscrew the oil drain plug
on the compressor pump.
To prevent the oil from leaking uncontrollably, hold a
metal groove under it and collect the oil in a container.
If the oil does not drain completely, we recommend til-
ting the compressor slightly. When the oil drains out,
replace the oil drain plug.
Dispose of used oil at an appropriate collection point.
To fill the correct amount of oil, make sure that the
compressor is standing on a level surface. Fill with
new oil in the oil filler hole until the oil level reaches the
maximum fill level. This is indicated by a red dot on the
oil sight glass window. Do not exceed the maximum fil-
ling amount. Overfilling can damage the device. Insert
the oil plug again into the oil filler hole.
Cleaning the suction filter
All manuals and user guides at all-guides.com
The suction filter prevents dust and dirt from being
sucked in. This filter must be cleaned at least every
300 operating hours. A clogged suction filter significan-
tly reduces compressor performance.
Remove the suction filter by unscrewing the
thumbscrew. Then remove the filter cover. You can
now remove the air filter and the filter housing. Ca-
refully knock out the air filter, cover and filter housing.
These components should then be blown out with
compressed air (approx. 3 bar) and mounted in rever-
se order.
Save
Attention!
Pull out the mains plug, bleed the device and all con-
nected pneumatic tools. Stop the compressor so that it
cannot be operated by unauthorized persons.
Attention!
Store the compressor only in a dry and inaccessible
environment for unauthorized persons. Do not tilt, sto-
re only in a vertical position! Oil can leak out!
Drain overpressure
Relieve the overpressure in the compressor by
switching off the compressor and consuming the com-
pressed air still present in the pressure tank, eg by id-
ling the pneumatic tool or using a blow gun.
