Vox control with relay output in timed mode or latching mode.
In timed mode the relay is activated for the set time, after this time the relay is deactivated.
In latching mode the relay is permanently activated until it is deactivated with the reset.
It incorporates potentiometers for adjusting sensitivity and timing, timed / latching mode switch, reset input, indicator
led, and protection against polarity reversal.
Especially suitable for automation applications in processes where it is required to detect an audio signal.
POWER SUPPLY : Connect the 12 Vdc power supply to the POWER terminal respecting the ± polarity.
Connect a pushbutton to the Reset input. Install a switch for protection and safety, according to CE standard.
Before activating the switch, make the rest of the circuit connections. To supply 230 VAC use our recommended FE
103 or FE 300 power supplies.
OPERATION :Connect the input signal to the terminals. The cable length should be as short as possible. You must
use shielded low frequency cable. The input signal can be provided by auxiliary sockets, mixers, etc., it cannot
exceed 300mV maximum level.
Select timed or latching mode with the circuit switch. Adjust the sensitivity potentiometer. If you have selected the
timed mode, also adjust the time potentiometer.
Will connect the output through the relay, remaining activated according to the selected mode.
In timed mode, each time the circuit receives an audio signal, the output will be activated for the adjusted time, after
which the output will be deactivated. The output can be manually deactivated before the end of the time through the
Reset input.
In interlock mode, the circuit, every time it receives an audio signal, the output will be activated until it is manually
deactivated through the Reset input.
