12. TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem
The headphones can-
not be turned on.
The music in the
headphones sounds
distorted.
The headphones can-
not be paired with a
Bluetooth device.
The volume of the
headphones is too
low.
Solution
The battery level is low. Please char-
ge the headphones.
Adjust the volume on the headpho-
nes or on the external playback
device to a lower level.
Bluetooth is disabled. Please enable
the Bluetooth function on your
Bluetooth device and turn it on
before turning on the headphones.
In some Bluetooth devices, the volu-
me cannot be controlled through
the headphone's volume control. In
this case, you need to adjust the
volume on your Bluetooth device to
achieve an appropriate volume level.
