4. TROUBLESHOOTING
If the following problems occur while using the product, refer to the table below to
find a solution. If the problems cannot be solved using these options, please contact
our customer service.

Cause
The product is not connected
to the power outlet.
You have not set the time.
The amount of food in the
basket is too high.
The set temperature is too
low.
The cooking time is too short.
Certain type of food needs
to be shaken halfway through
cooking time.
You are using a type of snack
intended to be prepared in a
traditional deep fryer.
Solution
Plug into a grounded outlet.
Set the time to the desired
cooking time to turn on the
product.
Put smaller amounts of food
in the basket. Putting smaller
amounts of food in the basket
will cook more evenly and
cook better.
Set the temperature to
a higher and desired
temperature.
Set the time to a longer and
desired cooking time.
Foods that are on or over
each other (e.g., fries) should
be shaken halfway through
cooking time.
Use snacks suitable for oven
or air fryer. You can also
lightly brush the snacks with
oil before cooking for crispier
results.
