Install the refrigerator in a convenient location, away from extreme heat and cold. Allow
sufficient clearance between the refrigerator and the side wall so that the door(s) can
be opened without obstruction.
Select a space with a strong levelled floor.
Allow 1" clearance between the side of the fridge and the wall.
The appliance must be correctly connected to the 12V power supply. Ventilate the rear
of the refrigerator to ensure heat dissipation.
Once the unit has been switched on and has cooled down, it should consume between 2.5 and
3.5 amps per hour.
The temperature of the empty appliance (bottom section) should be between 1* Celsius and 4*
Celsius for refrigerators.
