Clean the outside of the patio heater with a damp cloth when disconnected from the electric
supply. Never use caustic or solvents and never immerse it in water.

Maintenance or repairs, including replacing the halogen tube, should only be carried out by a
qualified electrician or a recommended service centre.
If the heater will not be used for an extended period of time, store it in a cool, dry area. Use the original
packaging to repackage the heating element to prevent dust and dirt from accumulating.
If used correctly, we offer a warranty period of 2 years on the appliance. A claim can only be
substantiated on the basis of a valid purchase invoice. All traces resulting from use of the appliance are
not covered by the guarantee. A long service life of your product can only be guaranteed by proper use
