WARRANTY - WARRANTY CLAUSES
- The device is guaranteed 12 months for professional use (or purposes
related to business or trade), or in case of second-hand goods, from
the date of purchase against material and manufacturing defects as
per Legislative Decree nr 24 of February the 2nd 2000.
- Warranty does not cover extenal and aesthetic parts, handles, spare
parts, and all damages owing to improper uses of the device, wrong
installation or different use than those wrote on instructions, thus
factors out of normal utilizations.
- Warranty lapses if the device has been opened, either tampered, or
repaired by not authorized staff.
- The device must be repaired by an authorized technical assistance
centre. Charges and transport risks will be supported by the final
client.
- Device sales are reserved to professional use only
- Warranty validity depends to the reception of Warranty Certification
that must be stamped by the retailer. If case of direct delivery to
authorized technical assistance centre, Warranty Certification must
be attached.
- Final client either contract holder must inform the seller of the lack
of conformity within a period of two months from the date on which
he detected such lack of conformity. The communication must be

sent by post through letter with advice of delivery or certified e-mail
to LABOR PRO SRL or to authorized vendor.
ATTENTION! The warranty shall be considered valid only if the
purchasing document has been preserved.
The warranty responds only to the following law requirements: Italian
Legislative Decree nr 24 of February the 2nd 2000 that refers to
European Directive 1999/44/EC and paragraph 1-bis, section II item
I title III book IV of Civil Code. The consumer is the holder of the rights
foreseen by the the law and those rights are not affected by the
guarantee.
