DVR will turn off.
Recommendation: disable the parking, Gsensor and
motion detection functions. If the problem persists,
take the device to a service center.
Why does the DVR freeze the image while
recording?
Check if you are using an original Class 10 micro SD
card. If you are using Class 4 or 6, the DVR will indicate
"SD card full" because it is not compatible with
them, and the image on the screen will freeze.
If you are already using a class 10 card and the
problem persists, it could be a firmware problem.
Present the product at a service center or contact
the distributor.
Why is the recorded image not clear?
Check the image resolution set in the menu. Options:
4K, 2.7K, 1080P.
