Inflate your JOLT™ ICE BATH Pro in 9 steps

Unroll your JOLT™ Ice Bath Pro
Remove the packaging, unroll your JOLT™ Ice Bath Pro, and locate the
grey valve.

Adjust the inflation valve
Turn the valve cap counter clockwise to remove it.
3.
Lift the inflation valve
Inside the valve, you will see a pin. This pin must be in a vertical
position to start inflating your JOLT™ Ice Bath Pro. When the pin is
in the up position, the valve is closed, and when it is in the down
position, the valve is open. With the pin in the down position, your
JOLT™ Ice Bath Pro will lose air once you disconnect the pump hose. If
you do not close the valve in time, the bath could lose a lot of pressure
and will not be as rigid as it should be.
4.
Connect the pump hose to your JOLT™ Cold & Warm or JOLT™ Cold
Attach the pump hose to the pin and turn it clockwise. You will know
it is securely attached when you hear a click. Before starting to pump,
check the hose connection at the end of the pump. Make sure it is
connected to the INFLATE side, not the DEFLATE side.
5.
Inflate!
Start pumping! The pressure gauge will register pressure once there is
enough air in the bath. We recommend inflating to 10 psi.
