3.2.2 Assembly of the extension package

1. Building a base triangle from the corresponding extension package (see Fig 3-6).

3. Mounting diagonal struts (see Fig 3-10).
Fig. 3-14
4. Connecting mounting DIN rails with each other.
5. Levelling out mounting rails accurately (only in equilateral connection and max. of 3 collectors).
FA ROTEX Solaris flat roof - 05/2007
The flat roof trestle must be supplimented with an extension package FD130E (collector V26A) and FD 200HE
(collector H26A) for every other collector.
In flat roof trestles for the collector H26A, all fields (Fig 3-15) need diagonal struts; in trestles for the collector
V26A, only the external fields need diagonal struts (Fig 3-14).
Example Flat roof trestle for 5 collectors (V26A)
In addition, insert every two connection sheets from the package CON V for mounting rail halfway through into
the lateral nut profile and fix with the stud screw.
CAUTION!
Mounting rails not levelled out lead to obstruction of the automatic bleeding of the collectors and the system
draining in pump standstill.
• If an exact levelling out of the mounting rail is not possible or more than three collectors are connected,
the collector connection must be carried out in two-way.
• In alternating connection, level the mounting rail with a slight gap to the return connection (water supply
on the lower collector connection), thereby preventing two-way gap.
