Congratulations on the purchase of this high class pomegranate-juicer.
Before the first use:
• First remove all packaging material.
• Clean the funnel, pusher and cone with warm water and a mild detergent.
• Please only wipe the pomegranate-juicer itself with a damp cloth.
• Dry off all parts.
• To ensure a safe stand, place the pomegranate-juicer on smooth surfaces without structures, only.
Assembly:
Place the funnel into the fitting of the pomegranate-juicer. Pay attention to the according gaps (picture 1). To fix it,
turn the funnel slightly to the left or right. Fix the cone in the funnel and again pay attention to the gaps (picture 2).
Use:
Place a large jar under the pomegranate-juicer and put one half of a fruit on the cone (picture 3). Carefully push
the handle down. To ensure a secure stand of the pomegranate-juicer, hold on to it with one hand while squeezing
with the other (picture 4).
Caution: There might be juice splatters coming from the pusher. Please protect yourself and your clothing.
The fruit is now being squeezed. Pits and pulp will be caught in the cone. If the fruit should not be squeezed
completely, place it on the cone diagonally and repeat the procedure. This may happen because of the different
sizes of fruits. With smaller fruits the peel might rip.
Cleaning:
First take the funnel and the cone out of the juicer to clean it. Unscrew the pusher from the guide bar (picture 5).
Pull off the rubber base from the foot in case of heavy stains. Clean all parts with warm water and a mild detergent.
Tip: Clean the pomegranate-juicer right after usage. Fruit juice and pulp may be dried when cleaning later, which
makes the cleaning more difficult. fterwards dry off everything.
Care:
If the guide bar should not go through the hole on the top part of the pomegranate-juicer
smoothly, please use one drop of salad oil to make it smooth again (picture 6).
