- Page 6 EN: Lay the lower frame(Part① & Part②) on the floor so that you have access to the base of the rack. Take the Caster(Part⑤) and screw it into the frame feet in a clockwise direction EN: Insert the Upper frame(Part③ & Part④) into the top square tube of the by using the wrench.
