SAFETY FIRST! - FOLLOW ALL INSTRUCTIONS
USE ONLY UNDER THE DIRECT SUPERVISION OF ADULTS!
Maximum user weight 113 kg. Use only by one person.
The distance from the lowest rung to the floor must not exceed 30 cm. Take care of your safety and stay close to the ground.
Before each use, make sure that the ladder is properly installed and shows no signs of wear (e.g. cracks and wear on the wood).
Replace worn or damaged parts if necessary.
Only use original Trelines™ spare parts, otherwise there is a risk of malfunction and consequent
injuries.
Do not use the ladder when it is wet, raining or thunderstorm.
Failure to comply with these regulations can result in serious injury.
Always install the product in daylight and never at night or in the dark.
Make sure that children do not run near, in front of, behind or between the moving objects (Trelines™ obstacles).
Make sure that children do not twist the ropes of the Rope Ladder or loop them around the upper
support bar. This can affect the resistance of the rope.
Present people must keep a distance of at least 3 m to the setup in order to avoid collisions.
Make sure that the product is only used for its intended purpose.
Never jump off the product while it is moving.
Never wear loose fitting clothing, hoods, neck straps, scarves, objects tied with ribbons, capes or
ponchos as they could get tangled in the product. Risk of strangulation.
Wear well-fitting clothing and closed shoes (unsuitable shoes, e.g. clogs, flip flops and sandals).
Take off bicycle helmets or other sports helmets before using the product.
Never attach objects to any device that was not specifically designed for use with the product
(e.g. clotheslines, dog leashes, cables and chains).
Never install the Rope Ladder over hard underground or water. Make sure that the playing area
is clear of all obstacles (e.g. bushes, stones and anything that can cause injuries).
If the Rope Ladder has been properly installed, the distance between the floor and the lowest
rung of the ladder must be at least 20 cm, but no more than 30 cm.
Make sure that children cannot climb over a height of 2.5 m (measured from the ground).
Never add extra length to chain or rope. The chains or ropes provided are the maximum length designed for the swinging element(s).
It is the recommended that the toys be place in a position unlikely to injure child's eyes with respect to sun.
MAINTENANCE
• Store the line when not in use for extended periods to prevent UV damage, weathering, and unsupervised usage.
Use the provided bag to store line, obstacles, and instructions for future use.
Beginning of Each Play Season:
• Inspect protective coverings on bolts, pipes, edges, and corners. Replace if damaged or missing.
• Examine moving parts for wear, rust, or damage. Replace as required.
• Requirements of 16 CFR 1303.
MANDATORY LOAD STRESS TEST
Step 1: Make sure all your connections are tight (see step 4)
Step 2: MANDATORY LOAD STRESS TEST YOUR LINE. Using either a 250 Lbs (113 Kg)
weight or person, have them test the Rope Ladder™ by suspending the weight
5 ft. (1.5 m) from each end of the line.
