Safety Information
Before Using Your Beverage Station
• Remove the exterior and interior packing.
• Before connecting the Beverage Station to the power source, let it stand upright for
approximately 2 hours. This will reduce the possibility of a malfunction in the cooling
system from handling during transportation.
• Clean the interior surfaces with lukewarm water using a soft cloth.
• This appliance is intended to be used in households and similar applications such as
- staff kitchen areas in shops, offices and other work settings;
- farmhouses and by clients in hotels, motels and other residential settings;
- bed and breakfasts and similar settings;
- catering and similar non-retail applications.
• When disposing of your appliance, please choose an authorized disposal site.
Installation of Your Beverage Station
• This appliance is designed for free-standing or built-in (fully recessed) installation (see
sticker location at the back of this appliance).
• This appliance is intended to be used exclusively for the storage of beverage and wine.
• Place your Beverage Station on a floor that is strong enough to support it when it is
fully loaded. To level your Beverage Station, adjust the front leveling leg at the bottom.
• This appliance uses flammable refrigerant, and so the cooling pipework must never be
damaged during transportation. Install the Beverage Station away from direct sunlight
and sources of heat (stove, heater, radiator, etc.). Direct sunlight may affect the acrylic
coating and heat sources may increase electricity consumption. Extremely cold ambient
temperatures may also degrade the appliance's performance.
• Avoid installing the appliance in moist areas.
• Plug the Beverage Station into a dedicated, properly installed/grounded wall outlet.
Do not under any circumstances cut or remove the third (ground) prong from the
power cord. Any questions concerning power and/or grounding should be directed to a
certified electrician or an authorized Dacor service center.
