Open the csv file using MS Excel. The cell data will be squeezed to the left. To properly align the sheet columns, click on the
upper left corner to highlight the worksheet then go to cells on the excel menu and click Autofit column width to align the
cell data to each column header.

Adding new data. You must not alter the header cells for the app to import the file after completion.
a. #Name – The first name of the user (up to 20 characters)
b. Family Name – Last name of the user (up to 20 characters).
c. ID -
The card ID number (1 to 7 digits)
d. Schedule – Which is the group assigned to each user. This field is looking for a numeric number. 0 = Standard (de-
fault), 1 through 8 are the following groups, if you add more than one.
e. Date – Is the expiry date for the specific user and assigned credential. The date must be formatted as dd-mm-yyyy.
f. Virtual Remote control – Is for the virtual remote credential app. A value of 0 represents the user and ID number is not
associated to the virtual remote credential. A value of 1 represents the user and ID number is using the virtual remote
app.
10. Once you have completed the file entries, save the file to the desktop. Close MS excel. If the file is open in excel you will not
be able to move it.
11. Upload your csv file to iCloud Drive. Close iCloud Drive on your PC.
12. Open the iCloud Drive on your iOS smart device. Locate your csv file and move it to On My iPhone folder MProxBLE folder.
13. Open your smartphone file manager to locate that the csv file On My iPhone, MProxBLE folder that it be can be seen by your
smartphone.
14. Open the MProxBLE configuration app then click on backup menu selection to go to
Database Management to click on IMPORT USERS, your file should appear and tap on
it select it.
15. Click on YES, on the pop-up upload caution message.
16. You can now use the app with the user data information you uploaded.
14. MISE À NIVEAU DU FIRMWARE DU CONTRÔLEUR
Votre appareil doit être connecté à Internet.
1.
Appuyez sur l'icône des Paramètres Centraux
dans le menu principal.
2.
L'écran Général apparaîtra.
3.
Appuyez sur l'icône MISE À JOUR DU FIRMWARE.
4.
Appuyez sur Firmware V 1.17 pour obtenir la der-
nière version pour le contrôleur MProxBLE.
5.
Attendez que le nouveau firmware se charge
dans le contrôleur MProxBLE.
6.
Redémarrez l'application après avoir attendu que
la mise à niveau termine son processus.
7.
Vous pouvez maintenant reprendre l'utilisation
de l'application de configuration MProxBLE com-
me précédemment.
